This luxury apartment isn’t just an Austrian Alps vacation rental; it’s your own private residence in a luxury chalet. With five bedrooms, there’s room for up to ten friends or family members, and you can choose to enjoy a self-catered or fully catered holiday. Even better, the property is just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest ski lift and charming downtown Lech.

A fully catered stay in the apartment includes canapés and hosted four-course dinners six days out of the week, ski instruction at the start of your trip, turndown and in-resort driving service, while a self-catered stay includes housekeeping and lift-pass delivery. All guests are welcome to enjoy the villa’s mountain-view balcony, fireplace and Wi-Fi, as well as a shared ski storage area.
Surrounded by snowy peaks, the villa feels like a cozy haven in the heart of the mountains. Wood floors lend warmth to the open-concept living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, and a sleek fireplace is both stylish and snug. Flat-fronted cabinets give the kitchen a more modern edge.

There are four bedrooms with king beds, including one with a honeymoon-suite-inspired steam room, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. All five bedrooms have shared bathroom access, and many open to a balcony or look out to mountain views. As in the great room, the style is a combination of traditional chalet chic, like warm wood paneling, and modern details, like upholstered headboards.

Though driving service within the resort area is included in a fully catered stay, you’ll hardly need a car to enjoy the area. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the Schlosskopf ski lift at the Oberlech resort, and a 10-minute walk from shopping, dining and Alpine charm in the center of Lech.
